Report: CU Basketball Gives McDermott Contract Extension

Creighton basketball coach Greg McDermott has reportedly signed a contract extension.
The Omaha World-Herald said a source confirmed the deal, which is likely to be for at least four years.
This season, the Bluejays made it to the second round of the NCAA Tournament, and despite being short-handed due to key injuries battled Kansas down to the wire for a trip to the Sweet 16.
