In high school softball last night, Columbus High scored five runs in the first inning and went on to defeat Omaha Central 11-0 in four innings at Bradshaw Park. 

Emma Riedmiller pitched four scoreless innings, allowing two hits and no walks, with four strikeouts.  She also hit a home run and drove in three runs to help the Discoverers improve to 5-12. 

Lakeview rallied for three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to post a walkoff 4-3 win over Aquinas.  The Vikings are 9-3, while the Monarchs fell to 10-5.
