Region 9 Title Tilts: CCC Men Win, Women Lose

The CCC men’s basketball squad won the Region 9 championship on Saturday at the Raider Fieldhouse. 

Kevin Cook had 17 points and 13 rebounds as Central topped Southeast CC 73-66.  The Raiders are 17-9 and advanced to the North District Championship.  It will be held this weekend, with game details TBA. 

The CCC women lost at North Platte CC 82-45 in their Region 9 title game on Saturday.  Central ended the season with an 11-12 record.
