Recap of Busy Night in Prep Soccer Tuesday

In prep soccer last night, both Scotus teams posted wins at Kearney Catholic. 

In boys action, the Shamrocks edged the Stars 2-1 in a shootout.  Scotus won the shootout 4-2, improving its record to 4-4.  The girls won 2-0, with the Shamrocks’ third straight victory upping their record to 5-3. 

Columbus High hosted Lincoln North Star.  The Discoverers girls won 3-1.  Madison Jenny scored two goals and Addie Kudron had three assists.  Columbus is now 7-3,  The CHS boys shaded the Navigators 3-2 according to the score listed on the NSAA website.  The win snapped a six-match losing skid and improved the Discoverers to 2-7. 

Lakeview’s girls blanked visiting York 3-0.  The Lady Vikes’ fourth straight win evened their record at 4-4.  The Lakeview boys fell to the Dukes 2-0, dropping the Vikings to 1-7.
