Raiders Hoops Teams Split vs. McCook CC

CCC’s basketball teams split a pair of home games against McCook CC last night.
In men’s action, Derek Merwick exploded for 34 points as the Raiders won 87-76, improving to 19-9. The Central women fell to McCook 78-49, with the loss snapping a three-game winning streak and dropping their record to 14-13.
Both CCC squads will entertain Southeast CC on Saturday. The women’s game starts at 2 p.m., followed by the men’s tipoff at 4 p.m.
