Prep Hoops Monday: Central City Sweeps Twin River

Central City swept Twin River last night in a pair of basketball games that had been postponed on January 3rd. 

In the boys game at Central City, the Bison downed the Titans 71-47.  Central City improved to 19-2, while Twin River fell to 6-13.  The Bison took the girls contest 47-29 to snap a four-game losing streak and move to 6-15.  The Titans slipped to 3-16. 

Central City’s girls will next host Lakeview on Thursday. 

Both Bison clubs entertain Fullerton Friday.  You can hear those games on KZ-100, starting with the boys tilt at 6 p.m., followed by the girls game.
