Prep Football, Volleyball on Tap

The Lakeview and Scotus football teams renew their heated rivalry tomorrow night at Pawnee Park’s Memorial Stadium.  The Vikings come in at 3-3 and have lost three straight games, while the Shamrocks are 5-1.

Lakeview has won the past two meetings against Scotus.  Asked if that is a boon to his team’s confidence, coach Kurt Frenzen said they “really haven’t talked about it that much.”

You can hear the Lakeview-Scotus game tomorrow night on KLIR 101.  Also tomorrow, Columbus High takes its 3-3 record on the road to play 5-1 Millard South.  And on 93.5 The Hawk, Twin River visits David City in a match-up of 3-3 teams.  

Prep volleyball is on The Hawk tonight.  Clarkson/Leigh visits Humphrey St. Francis.  First serve is set for 7 p.m.
