Prep Football Games on Tap This Friday

Columbus High’s football team is 3-1 as it prepares for its homecoming game this Friday against Lincoln High.  The Links are 0-4. 

CHS is not ranked in Class A this week by either the Omaha World-Herald or Lincoln Journal Star, although the Discoverers are listed as contenders by the Lincoln newspaper.  Play-by-play of Friday’s game will be aired on KLIR 101. 

Lakeview looks to end a three-game losing skid when the 1-3 Vikings host 2-2 Central City on Friday.  You can hear that game on KZ-100. 

Also Friday, Scotus takes its 1-3 mark to West Point-Beemer, which is 2-2.  Area teams in action Friday include Riverside visiting Humphrey St. Francis on 93.5 The Hawk.
