Postseason Continues Tonight for CHS Boys, Over for Girls

The postseason continues tonight for the Columbus High boys basketball team, while the Discoverers girls saw it end on Saturday.
The CHS boys visit Omaha Westside for an A-3 district semifinal tonight. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. and you can hear the action on KLIR 101. The Discoverers advanced to the semifinal on Friday night with a 53-35 home win over Omaha Northwest.
The Columbus girls fell at Millard North 55-35 in Saturday’s A-7 district semifinals. That left the Discoverers with a final record of 7-16.
