Plans for the college football season – if there is one – should start coming into focus this week. 

The Power Five conferences, regarded as the Big Ten, Big 12, SEC, ACC and Pac 12, are putting in place revised schedules they hope will make it easier to manage potential disruptions brought on by COVID-19.  

The Big Ten announced earlier this month that if fall sports are played, Nebraska and the other league members will only face conference foes.
