Pitt Transfer McGowens Eligible to Play for NU in ’20-21

Nebraska announced yesterday that Pitt transfer Trey McGowens has received a waiver from the NCAA and is eligible to play for the Huskers men’s basketball squad this season. 

McGowens will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.  The 6-foot-4 guard averaged 11.5 points, 3.6 assists and 1.9 steals per game for the Panthers last season.
