The Pinnacle Bank Championship will tee off this week in Omaha, albeit without any fans allowed at The Club at Indian Creek.
The decision to play the tourney without fans onsite was announced last month. The Korn Ferry Tour said it supported the move believing it was in the best interest of protecting everyone from COVID-19, including the Omaha community. Officials said the move was made after recommendations from local, state and federal government agencies.
A pro-am is scheduled for tomorrow, followed by Thursday’s first round of the tourney, which features a $600,000 purse.
