Physicals, Agreement Forms Needed For CHS Fall Sports

Columbus High students going out for fall sports are reminded they must turn in a physical and sign agreement forms on CHS and NSAA guidelines next week.
Monday is the first day of practice for fall sports, as well as cheerleading and dance.
CHS says the physical must be completed before athletes are allowed to practice, and the completed agreement forms must be turned in by next Friday, August 14th. Those forms can be picked up in the CHS office and can be found online at columbuspublicschools.org.
For this school year, students who completed physicals last year and are going into grades 8, 10, 11 and 12 do not need to complete a new physical. However, students entering grades 7 and 9 are required to have one.
