OC Satterfield Upbeat After Third Day of Spring Practice

Following the Nebraska football team’s third spring practice yesterday, offensive coordinator Marcus Satterfield said he loves how the Huskers compete.

Satterfield said the core group of the offensive line is “working very well.”  He also tipped his cap to the Huskers’ tight ends.  “That’s the hardest position on the field,” Satterfield said.  “They have to pass protect, they have to run block, they have to go run routes.”

Satterfield said NU’s running backs had a productive day on Thursday.  He also noted Nebraska has five quarterbacks who have played in at least one college game.

The Huskers will practice again tomorrow.
