NU’s Reilly, CU’s Bilinovic Earn Conference Volleyball Honors
Nebraska volleyball’s Bergen Reilly has been named Big Ten Setter of the Week.
Reilly averaged better than 12 assists and almost 3-and-a-half digs per set last week, when the Huskers went 3-0 including a pair of wins over top-15 clubs. For the season, she’s averaging 11.48 assists per set, which ranks third in the nation.
Also Monday, Creighton libero Maddy Bilinovic was tabbed Big East Defensive Player of the Week. She averaged 4.31 digs per set and landed a spot on the Cardinal Classic All-Tournament Team Sunday in Louisville.
In the weekly AVCA Top 25, Nebraska stayed at No. 5 and Creighton remained at No. 9.
