NU’s Orozco Earns Bowler of the Year Honor

Nebraska bowler Raquel Orozco has been named the Division I Player of the Year and a first-team All-American for the third time. The National Tenpin Coaches Association announced this season’s All-American teams last night.

Orozco became the tenth Husker to be chosen as the college bowler of the year and first since 2015.

She helped lead NU to a 79-35 record and a number 3 national ranking last season.
