Nebraska sophomore center Cameron Jurgens was named today to the Rimington Trophy watch list.  Named in honor of former Husker center Dave Rimington, the award is presented annually to the nation’s top center.

Jurgens started all 12 games for NU in 2019, helping the Huskers rank third in the Big Ten in rushing offense and fifth in total offense.

The 6-foot-3, 290-pound native of Beatrice began his career as a tight end, before shifting to center during his redshirt season in 2018.
