Nebraska infielder Max Anderson has been named a Cape Cod League All-Star. Anderson earned the honor yesterday, following a vote of the league’s managers.
The league’s all-star game is scheduled for this Saturday in Wareham, Massachusetts. In 31 games with Wareham, Anderson is hitting .273 with one home run and 12 RBI.
As a sophomore with the Huskers last season, the Omaha native hit .299 with 10 homers and 45 RBI.
