NU Women’s Star Potts to Miss Rest of Season With Torn ACL

Nebraska’s Natalie Potts announced last night on social media that she has a torn ACL and will miss the rest of the women’s basketball season. 

Potts suffered the knee injury as the Huskers beat North Alabama 85-48 Tuesday night.  She was NU’s leading scorer through their first five games this season, averaging 17 points and adding eight rebounds per contest. 

Potts earned Big Ten freshman of the year honors last season.
