NU Women’s Soccer Club Makes the Elite Eight

Behind a brace from Eleanor Dale, the fifth-ranked Nebraska soccer team punched its ticket to the Elite Eight with a 4-0 home win over UC Irvine on Sunday.
Dale, the nation’s leading scorer, scored two goals for her 11th brace of the season and increased her season total to a school-record 28 goals.
The Huskers improved to 17-3-3 and are headed to the Elite Eight for the third time in program history and the first time since 1999.
