NU Women’s Basketball Continues Dominant Opening Stretch

The Nebraska women’s basketball team cruised to an 88-33 win over Alabama A&M yesterday at Pinnacle Bank Arena.  The Huskers improved to 3-0 with their third straight win by more than 50 points. 

Isabelle Bourne scored a career-high 23 points for NU.  The Husker women will host Creighton on Wednesday night, a day after the Nebraska men welcome the Bluejays to “The Vault.” 

CU’s women are coming off a 71-51 home win over Omaha on Saturday, while the Nebraska men evened their record at 1-1 by beating Sam Houston 74-65 last Friday.  Creighton’s men were idle last weekend.
