NU Senior Farniok Will Not Return To Huskers

Senior offensive lineman Matt Farniok has announced he won’t return to Nebraska for a sixth season. 

Farniok, one of 13 two-time captains in NU history, says he is turning his attention to the NFL.  In this past season, Farniok was an honorable-mention All-Big Ten selection. 

He is the sixth out of 18 Nebraska seniors to announce publicly that he will not return to Lincoln.  Linebacker JoJo Domann is the only one to announce he will take advantage of an extra season with the Huskers due to COVID.
