NU Football Captains Include Huskers’ First Three-Timer

Four Huskers have been named team captains for Nebraska’s football team this season. The captains announced this weekend are Adrian Martinez, Austin Allen, Damion Daniels and Cam Taylor-Britt.
Martinez was also selected as a captain the past two seasons. The senior quarterback is the first three-time captain in NU history.
The Huskers kick off their season Saturday at Illinois. Kickoff is set for noon, with the pre-game starting at 8 a.m. on News Talk 900 KJSK. It will be joined at 11:30 a.m. on 93.5 The Hawk.
