NU, CU Baseball Clubs Set to Open Seasons Today

The Nebraska and Creighton baseball clubs are both scheduled to open their 2020 seasons today. 

First-year coach Will Bolt’s Huskers open a three-game series at Baylor tonight. First pitch is set for 6:35 with the pre-game starting just after 6 p.m. on News Talk 900 KJSK. 

Weather is already impacting the Bluejays in the Pacific Northwest. Concerns about a rainy forecast have turned Creighton’s season opener at Seattle University today into a doubleheader. 

The two teams will try to finish the series with a single game on Sunday.
