NU Baseball’s Povich, Anderson Receive Honors

Two Nebraska baseball players earned weekly honors from the Big Ten yesterday afternoon.
Cade Povich was named the pitcher of the week for the second time this season, while Max Anderson was tabbed as the league’s freshman of the week.
Povich hurled seven scoreless innings in a win over Northwestern last Friday. Anderson went 7-for-10 with two doubles during the Huskers’ two-game sweep of the Wildcats.
