The NSAA released 10 pages of health guidelines for fall sports yesterday, a day after confirming those sports will be allowed to begin their seasons as scheduled.

In the guidelines, the NSAA says the host school should make every effort to mitigate risk and provide adequate opportunities for physical distancing.  That includes restricting attendance and seating areas.

The NSAA recommends that players, coaches and spectators have their temperatures checked at home or at the school prior to practices and games and any individual with a temperature of 100.4 or above should not participate or attend.

Schools are responsible for determining whether a scheduled game is canceled due to COVID-19 in consultation with their local health departments.
