Nembhard Quiet, But Canada Beats Team USA

It was a quiet night for Creighton’s Ryan Nembhard, but his Canada U23 team rallied for a 69-67 victory over the U.S. last night in Toronto.
Canada improved to 2-0 at the GLOBL Jam, while Team USA, which is being represented by Baylor, fell to 0-2. Nembhard did not score as he was 0-for-8, including 0-for-4 from 3-point range. The Bluejays guard had three rebounds and two assists in 17 minutes.
In tonight’s action, Canada will take on Italy, which is 1-1 in the tournament.
