The Nebraska Farm Bureau released a statement saying the vote moves them one step closer to bringing much needed stability in trade relations with Mexico and Canada. Congressman Adrian Smith said he is incredibly pleased they were able to come together to enact the trade agreement which will greatly benefit Nebraska’s, and America’s, producers, consumers, and businesses small and large.

Governor Pete Ricketts added that the agreement will expand opportunities for the state’s dairy farmers.
