The NCAA has extended its ban on in-person recruiting by a month.  The dead period will now run through June 30th.

That means there will be no in-person recruiting allowed during what is normally one of the busiest months for it to happen.

According to a Lincoln Journal Star story, Nebraska hosted 10 official visits last June and five of those players eventually signed with the Huskers.

The ban also scrubs two Friday Night Lights camps set for next month at Memorial Stadium.
