More Boys District Finals Coming Up Tonight

More area boys’ basketball clubs are in action tonight as district finals continue. 

Fullerton faces West Holt in D1 action at 6:30 p.m. on KZ-100. The Warriors are 18-5 after getting by Heartland in overtime in last Thursday’s subdistrict finals.  West Holt is 19-5, but has lost three of its last five.

In C2, Shelby-Rising City battles Yutan at 7 p.m. on 93.5 The Hawk. The Huskies are 18-6, but are coming off an overtime loss in the subdistrict finals to Twin River.  The Chieftains are 21-3.

Also tonight, East Butler faces the D1 top seed North Platte St. Patrick’s, and a pair of wildcard teams – North Bend Central and St. Paul – meet with the winner advancing to the C1 state tourney.
