Monday Soccer: CHS Boys Win, Lakeview Splits

In prep soccer Monday, the Columbus High boys topped Grand Island 4-2 at Wilderness Park. 

The victory moved the Discoverers to 6-1.  Columbus will host Lincoln East on Friday. 

Meanwhile, Lakeview split its home matches against Lutheran High/Norfolk Catholic.  After opening the season with seven straight losses, the Vikings boys won 3-2.  The Lady Vikes lost by the same score to fall to 2-6.  Both Lakeview clubs visit York on Thursday.
