Millard South Wrestling Standout Commits to Iowa State

A Nebraska prep wrestler who won a state title last season has committed to Iowa State. 

Connor Knopick, who will be a senior at Millard South next school year, announced his pledge on Twitter yesterday. 

Knopick won the Class A state championship at 132 pounds as a junior. 

Last month, he announced his top nine colleges, which included Nebraska.  In his tweet committing to the Cyclones, he said “I think it is the best place for me and I love the coaches and the team.”
