In men’s college basketball, Nebraska fell at Indiana 68-55 in Saturday’s Big Ten opener.
The Huskers slipped to 5-4 on the season. NU will host Michigan tomorrow at 6 p.m. in a game you can hear on News Talk 900 KJSK. The pregame begins at 5 p.m.
Creighton bowed at home to 19th-ranked Iowa State, 64-58 on Saturday. The loss dropped the Bluejays to 7-2. CU will face BYU in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on Saturday.
Meanwhile, CCC went 0-2 at the Southeast Classic in Beatrice. The Raiders were edged by Highland CC 60-57 on Friday and were shaded by Allen County CC 67-66 on Saturday. Central is now 8-4 and will host North Platte CC Wednesday at 6 p.m.
