Mendelson, U19 Volleyball Wins Pan Am Cup Gold

Nebraska freshman middle blocker Maggie Mendelson and the U.S. U19 national team won the gold medal at the Pan American Cup in Tulsa on Saturday.
Mendelson, the team captain, had six kills, two blocks and two ace serves in the USA’s 25-15, 25-14, 25-17 sweep of Brazil in the championship match.
The U.S. went 5-0 in the tourney without losing a set.
