Nebraska quarterback Adrian Martinez was one of the NU players who met with reporters following yesterday’s practice.

Martinez didn’t want to dwell much on last Saturday’s loss to Ohio State. And he said he thinks his teammates feel the same way.  “We’re already focused on this week’s opponent, Northwestern,” Martinez said.  “We realize we have a really good team in front of us and we’re excited for that opportunity to go out there and play again in front of Memorial Stadium.”

Saturday’s kickoff is set for 3 p.m.  The pre-game show begins at 10 a.m. on News Talk 900 KJSK and will be joined at 2:30 on KLIR 101.

Meantime, the Big Ten has announced that Nebraska’s October 12th game at Minnesota will kick off at 6:30 p.m.
