Nebraska’s football team has seen its offense operate more efficiently the past two weeks – during a loss at Iowa and a victory at Purdue.

As the Huskers prepare to entertain Minnesota this Saturday, offensive coordinator Matt Lubick says his unit’s improvement is due to a combination of things, including paying more attention to detail in practice.

“I think because our quarterbacks run the ball and they’ve been throwing the ball accurately that helps us stay balanced,” Lubick said. “It’s a combination really of all position groups and coaches working a little bit harder and doing the best we can.”

Saturday’s kickoff is set for 11 a.m.  Pre-game coverage starts at 6 a.m. on News Talk 900 KJSK.  It will be joined at 10:30 on 93.5 The Hawk.
