Latest AVCA Rankings, Sis Honored Again

The Nebraska volleyball club has dipped a bit, while Creighton has inched up in the latest AVCA poll. 

After going 1-1 last week, the Huskers fell two spots to number 11 in the coaches’ rankings.  The Bluejays, who went 2-0 last week and have won seven straight matches, are up one spot to number 23. 

Meantime, CU’s Norah Sis has been named Big East freshman of the week for the fifth time this season.  She averaged four kills and 3.29 digs per set in the Bluejays’ wins over Xavier and Butler, as Creighton improved to 24-3 to match the program’s best record ever after 27 matches.
