Landon Thompson to Play Football at UNK

Columbus High senior Landon Thompson has signed a letter of intent to play football at the University of Nebraska-Kearney. 

Last fall, the 6-foot-4 receiver led the Discoverers with 29 receptions for 572 yards and three touchdowns.

Thompson has received Honorable Mention honors for his athletic achievements in both football and basketball.  He has also received academic all-state honors for three sports after achieving a 4.0 GPA all four years at CHS.
