Lakeview’s Boys Golf Team Qualifies for State Tourney

Lakeview has qualified as a team for next week’s Class B boys state golf tournament.
The Vikings posted a team score of 345 in yesterday’s B-2 district tourney at Wayne. That was good for second place with the top three teams advancing to next week’s state tournament in Scottsbluff. Hayden Johnston had Lakeview’s best score yesterday. His 83 tied him for 10th place.
Boone Central took sixth, while Schuyler was last out of 12 teams.
