Lakeview’s Basketball Games Both Go Into Overtime

Lakeview High’s home basketball games against Pierce both went into overtime last night, with the Vikings girls getting a win while the boys took a loss. 

Lakeview’s girls won 30-27 by scoring all three points in overtime.  The Lady Vikes upped their record to 8-4.  In the boys’ game, the Vikings were outscored by the Bluejays 9-4 in the extra period and fell 47-42.  Eli Osten scored 17 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, but couldn’t keep Lakeview from slipping to 2-10. 

Lakeview visits Centennial on Friday for a girls/boys doubleheader.
