Lakeview Wrestling Downs Schuyler on Senior Night

Lakeview got by Schuyler in a wrestling dual last night.  The Vikings edged the Warriors 39-33 on Senior Night at Lakeview High. 

Landon Ternus and Austen Smith recorded pins in consecutive matches to put the Vikings ahead 39-21 with only two matches left.  The Warriors won those on a pin by Daniel Jerez and a Lakeview forfeit in the heavyweight class. 

Lakeview will compete today in a varsity dual tournament at Blair. 

Schuyler next competes in tomorrow’s Wayne Invitational.
