Lakeview Volleyball Goes 1-1 in Tuesday Triangular

Lakeview’s volleyball team went 1-1 in a triangular at Wahoo last night. The Vikings were downed by host Bishop Neumann 2-1, but bounced back to beat Omaha Concordia in two sets.
Lakeview dropped the match against the Cavaliers 21-25, 25-15, 16-25. Ava Tessendorf led the Vikings with 13 kills, adding 12 digs and one block.
In the second match against the Mustangs, Lakeview won 25-23, 25-16. Josie Bentz led the Lady Vikes with six kills and two blocks, while Autumn Gibbs had a team-high 13 digs.
The Vikings are 20-8 and will host North Bend Central in their season finale tomorrow night.
