Lakeview Seniors Win, Junior Reds Fall at Battle Creek

The Bank of the Valley Lakeview Seniors stayed unbeaten with a 7-2 win at Battle Creek last night.

Lakeview’s Jordan Kracl pitched a seven-inning complete game, allowing just two hits and two unearned runs.  He walked one and struck out five.  Bank of the Valley is 10-0 and had already earned a bye in their league tournament.  Top-seeded Lakeview will host a quarterfinal game next Tuesday. 

Last night, the Owens Wealth Advisors Lakeview Junior Reds were downed 11-5 at Battle Creek.  The Junior Reds will take a 9-6 record into the Ralph Bishop League tournament.
