The Bank of the Valley Lakeview Seniors ran their record to 5-0 with a 9-1 home  victory over Wisner-Pilger/Howells-Dodge last night. 

Cooper Tessendorf went 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBI.  He also started the game on the mound and fired three hitless innings, allowing two walks and striking out seven.  Kolby Blaser pitched the final three frames, giving up one run on two hits.  Eli Osten belted a triple, had two RBI and scored two runs for Lakeview. 

In the first game of the evening at Pawnee Park Legion Field, the Owens Wealth Advisors Lakeview Junior Reds were downed by David City 10-6.  The loss snapped a four-game winning streak for the Junior Reds, who slipped to 4-2. 

Lakeview’s teams are slated to visit Oakland Craig tomorrow.
