The Bank of the Valley Lakeview Seniors are the No. 1 seed in their area tournament.
Lakeview will get a first-round bye when the A5 tourney opens in Pierce on Friday. On Saturday at 7 p.m. Bank of the Valley will meet the winner of Friday night’s game between No. 4 seed Albion and fifth-seeded Pierce.
In other Class B and C Senior Legion brackets posted yesterday, Twin River meets St. Paul Friday at noon, followed by Central City against Doniphan-Trumball in B4 action at York. In the C1 tourney in Neligh, PWG faces Creighton Friday at 5 p.m. North Bend-Morse Bluff plays Oakland at 4 p.m. in the C3 opening round in Yutan. SOS is seeded No. 1 in C5 and gets a first-round bye in Geneva.
