Lakeview Junior Reds’ Season Ends With Loss to York

The Owens Wealth Advisors Lakeview Junior Reds were eliminated from the B4 area tournament in a 16-10 loss to York last night at Pawnee Park Field. 

The Junior Reds, who had dropped a 16-4 decision to St. Paul on Friday night ended their season with a 9-9 record. 

In the tournament’s other games on Sunday, Central City was edged by Sutton 4-3 and St. Paul fell to Seward 11-7. 

In today’s action, Central City meets Seward at 4 p.m. in an elimination game while top-seeded Sutton is 2-0 heading into its 7 p.m. contest against 2-1 York.
