Lakeview Junior Reds Fall in League Tourney Semifinal

The Owens Wealth Advisors Lakeview Junior Reds were downed in the semi-finals of their league tournament last night.  Since there was a conflict with the Columbus Seniors playing at home, the south division’s top seeded Lakeview club played at Arlington, where the Junior Reds lost 11-4.

Lakeview’s Juniors are 10-7 and will play in the tourney’s third-place game against Hartington tomorrow in Pierce.  First pitch is at noon.  Arlington will take on Pierce in the championship at 5 p.m.

The Bank of the Valley Lakeview Seniors will host Pender in their tournament’s semifinals tonight.  First pitch at Pawnee Park Field is set for 7 p.m.
