Lakeview Boys Golf on Course Today after Postponement

The Lakeview boys golf team will compete in the B-2 district tournament today, after the event at Wayne Country Club was postponed yesterday. 

Schuyler and Boone Central are the area clubs in that 12-team field. 

In yesterday’s C-4 district at Indianhead Golf Course in Grand Island, Heartland finished third to qualify as a team for next week’s state tournament at Elks Country Club.  Individual qualifiers included Samuel Wells of St. Paul, who shot a 77 to finish sixth, and Central City’s Brock Olivo.  He carded an 82 to place ninth.
