Lakeview Basketball Splits at Boone Central

Lakeview’s basketball teams split at Boone Central on Saturday. 

The Vikings boys fell 59-47, despite 12 points from Turner Halvorsen, 11 by Braxton Borer and 10 from Will Hrouda.  Lakeview slipped to 0-2, while the Cardinals are 1-1. 

In the girls game, Tori Osten scored a game-high 11 points including a game-winning shot at the buzzer as Lakeview won 34-32.  The Lady Vikes improved to 2-0 while Boone Central fell to 0-2.
