Lakeview Basketball Clubs Split at Boone Central

The Lakeview basketball teams split their games at Boone Central on Saturday. 

Despite getting 25 points from Eli Osten, the Vikings boys were downed by the Cardinals 67-54.  Boone Central’s win came in its season opener, while Lakeview fell to 0-2. 

In the girls game, Reese Janssen led the Vikings with 19 points and six rebounds in a 53-25 victory.  The win evened Lakeview’s record at 1-1. 

Both Vikings clubs will be at home this week, hosting Aurora on Friday and Wayne on Saturday.
